We were asked to assist a builder in pitching an extended renovation to a job he was working on. It was to add more seating outside the rear of the restaurant.

The point of the clip would be to show the owner, the effective space gained by the possible renovation.

It had to be done quickly as the builder needed to show the owner his thoughts. Though the job was built and rendered in just a couple of days it still stands as an example of an effective tool.
